Winners in health and fitness industry celebrated at glittering Mansion House luncheon
Ireland’s most successful health and fitness professionals were celebrated at an exclusive luncheon to mark this years NUTRAMINO Health & Fitness Awards which took place in the round room of the Mansion House on Friday the 8th of March.
Former Miss Ireland and RTE Dancing With The Stars contestant Holly Carpenter took to the red carpet as did FM104’s Crossy in what proved a glittering lunchtime affair.
The NUTRAMINO Health & Fitness Awards celebrate bloggers, vloggers, gyms, personal trainers and active workplaces across Ireland. Over 200 entries were received this year, demonstrating a remarkable boom within the Irish health and fitness sector.

NUTRAMINO People’s Choice Overall Gym of the Year: Mardyke Arena UCC
Health & Fitness Blog of the Year: The Flourishing Pantry
Industry Contribution Award: Irish Women’s Hockey Team
Outdoor Health & Fitness Event of the Year: Run in the Dark, Mark Pollock Trust
Judges for this year’s event included Conn McCluskey CEO of Ireland Active, Matt English CEO of Special Olympics Ireland and Brenda O’Donnell, Inclusive Sport and Fitness Coordinator at CARA.
Commenting on the winners, Katherine O’Riordan, Event Director said “2019 proved the toughest year yet with over 200 entries, demonstrating a huge increase in interest from Irish people in health and well being. All of the finalists here today deserved awards however unfortunately we could only choose one winner per category. Ireland is extremely talented and has a wealth of health and fitness professionals that we should be extremely proud of.”
